Rabbi Mendy Lipskier has been one of Ari's biggest supporters. From Day one- he was one of the first to respond.Thank you for those first couple of e-mails and for the chizuk that it gave me. CGI EV were very excited that Ari would be wearing their camp shirt all the way in Boca Raton ,FL. The honor though is all Ari's. he is proud to be wearing the camp shirt of Gan Israel East Vally! They wanted to sign their names on his shirt -however they felt they did not want to mess up the shirt ,and so they all signed their names on a letter that HC Shainy sent out from all the campers,Rabbi Mendy and Shterney Deitch and of course Rabbi Mendy and Tzipi Lipskier. Thank you! In these pictures Ari is using one of his therapy tools to help him map out his plans for the day! he takes it very seriously :)

Go Marlins CGI Broward : Hallendale FL

We met at the circus,yep that is 100% true! In Wannado City in Sawgrass Mills- Intercamp Day. Rabbi Tennenhaus was there with his camp and I,when i came with my good friend Hudis to sneak a peak at Ari with CGI Boca Raton.There was a three ring circus going on and the Rabbi still took a few minutes to hear about Ari. Thank you for sending out a t-shirt for Ari! Who doesn't love a circus!

Gan Izzy of Rockland County

Thank you to Chaya Eherinreich and all her kinderlach for the amazing package that they sent from Chestnut Ridge,NY. Chaya has been a classmate of mine since elementary scool,and when word came around about my project for Ari -she jumped at the chance to be involved. Thank you for the beautiful newsletter from CGI Rockland County- it really made Ari feel like he was a part of the camp! and please tell your kids that the pictures they sent were so so and yes,one more so- nice.Thank you.

Camp Gan Israel of Denmark

One of my dearest friends Brocha Werner has been a huge part of our support system when we lived in Crown Heights. Brocha has made us part of her family. Brocha's brother and sister-in-law the Lowenthals from Velbekommen,Denmark are shluchim and run the CGI Denmark. When I contacted Rochel she was so happy to include Ari in their camp! Thank you Rochel for the t-shirt and for being a great Bnos Leader (when i was in High School). Wishing your family many many more simchas!

Beverly Hills,CA CGI

This t-shirt came all the way from Camp Gan Israel of Beverly Hills, CA. The Head Counselor of the Camp Mushka Ciment ,sent out a beautiful letter with a quilt of pictures from some of the cutest campers in CGI Beverly Hills! They spoke about Ari at line up and took the time to make cards for Ari. They expressed that they can't wait till Ari can come to their camp so they can all meet him in person! The Campers all signed their names on Ari's shirt because they wanted Ari to have a shirt of his very own. A classmate of mine from Bais Rivkah -Chanie Kramer was the contact for this camp ,and I wish her and her family only the best. Thank you Chanie! As you can tell from the picture, we had pajama day! and Ari made him self nice and comfy on the couch!

Camp Gan Israel of CapeTown,South Africa

Thank you to Rabbi Pinny Hecht ,the director of CGI of Capetown, SA for responding to my e-mail. Even though he was out of town for a family simcha,he still took the time to make sure that he could get a t-shrit to Ari! My sister Sosie Groner and her husband Mendy live in CapeTown and when Pinny contacted my sister to tell her about my e-mail, Sosie just wrapped her arms around me with support. Sosie would do anything for Ari! She has always taken time out of her visits to the states to spend time following Ari to school,and therapy,so that she can be supportive and see first hand all the hard work that Ari does everyday.Thank you Sosie, you are an amazing Aunt and an even more amazing Sister!

Thank you to Rivky Friedman ,Shlucha in Phoenx Arizona for sending out a package fit for a king! Your letter to Ari was personal, exciting and extremely loving! Rivky sent Ari a t-shirt and several Arts and Crafts for Ari to do-just like the boys in CGI Phoenix had done. Ari loved the water gun and it was definitely soaking fun to teach him about the 9 days like you had in your CGI. I have to say though, that Ari's favorite, was making the car! your thoughtfulness really touched me, thank you.

Orange you glad i did'nt say banana?

Knock Knock? Who's there? Its Camp Gan Israel of Orange County,NY! Rabbi Pesach Burston and his wife Chana deserve a big round of applause for all that they have done for Ari. Wrapped up like a present a t-shirt arrived from their camp , along with well wishes from all the kids and a picture of "Ari's Bunk"! Special Delivery CGI Winnipeg

Imagine my surprise when the door bell rang , we were not expecting anyone and the day was winding down, Ari was getting ready for a bath. Special Delivery for Mr. Ari Cohen! J. Cohen and his daughter were standing at the door with a green hat from Camp Gan Israel of Winnipeg.Rabbi Boruch Heidingsfeld, a childhood friend of my husbands from Sydney is now married with kids of his own and running the camp in Winnipeg. When he heard about Ari he sought out "Cocoa" who was flying back home to Florida to hand deliver this special package for Ari! Thank you Boruch for including Ari in your camp. And thank you to J for the special delivery!

Lag Bomer Day - Chabad of the Virgin Islands

When i sent out a e-mail to Rabbi Asher Federman and his wife Henya, i did not realize that they did not have a Camp Gan Israel. As i continued reading their heartfelt e-mail i was amazed at their warm words and kindness. They expressed that they wanted to be part of helping Ari and thought they might be able to,even though they did not have a Camp Gan Izzy. They sent out this beautiful T-shirt for Ari from their Lag Bomer program that they had this past year. It was a perfect fit! We worked on Ahavas Yisroel that day, and Ari learned the signs to the song "To Love A Fellow Jew" (he's catching on- its a long song!)Rabbi Asher Federman, you have shown your love for a fellow jew, a little nefesh'el (as my Zaidy OBM- used to call him) Ari. Although he is far from you- across the widest sea- you love him just the same!

This has to be one of the furthest places Ari has "traveled" to for camp this summer! As you can tell from the picture he was quite thirsty from his travels! Making history in Iowa City

Rabbi Avremel Blesofsky of Camp Gan Izzy Iowa City is definitely helping to make history! Along with his wife and children he is a shliach in Iowa City, Iowa. Being a good friend of his sister Dini Stuart I have always known Avremel to be kind and real.
